During the last 2 weeks i always trained light, hi reps...kind of gliding thru the exercises and sets, making sure no injuries will happen. I always trained till Wednesday and after that no lifting, no cardio, i just practiced the posing till Saturday morning pre judging..just a little upper body pump and ready for stage.
As i finish the cycle this week i will take a few days off the gym and go into TRT, so am gonna train all the way till Friday.
How do you manage your last week of training, cardio and rest before the show?
