Hey brother I really appreciate the advice man I will try I've been going to chiropractor have graston treatments suppose to be getting a deep tissue massage from this guy that is suppose to be amazing just haven't made it happen yet. No expert by any means and most of you guys have been doing this much longer than me. But thought I’d say something that would maybe help someone else anynomosyly reading or even you guys. Planning on finish school to be a physical therapist. A lot of pain and aggravation for nerves comes from inflammation being pushed into the nerve. So something as simple as extension (hanging from the pull up bar (really good for shoulders as well.) or holding a static dip at the top can relieve tension.
Maldonado two huge things is fish oils and glucosamine have helped me go from achy to back to normal in a day or two.
