Why underhand on the ez bar front raise? I've never done it like that I always use dB's for front raise...I'll try the ez bar next time

I do them with db's underhand time to time.
My golfer elbow been so bad raises kill me side ones too.

Enjoyed Reading his Thudg. I did see a few things about joints and pain and things of that nature.
No expert by any means and most of you guys have been doing this much longer than me. But thought I’d say something that would maybe help someone else anynomosyly reading or even you guys. Planning on finish school to be a physical therapist. A lot of pain and aggravation for nerves comes from inflammation being pushed into the nerve. So something as simple as extension (hanging from the pull up bar (really good for shoulders as well.) or holding a static dip at the top can relieve tension.
Maldonado two huge things is fish oils and glucosamine have helped me go from achy to back to normal in a day or two.

If you guys have an Instagram there’s a guy named VinnieRehab. Best of the best. He shows you how to self correct pretty much anything. Real deal. Just thought I’d help if I could! You workout 100 times harder than any dude in my gym, gonna be higher at risk to fuck yourself up lol

Hey brother I really appreciate the advice man I will try I've been going to chiropractor have graston treatments suppose to be getting a deep tissue massage from this guy that is suppose to be amazing just haven't made it happen yet. Thanks again brother
