hi H-U..i wanna keep this log for accountability and for reference..

intro- have been around a long time..since tridea days and old meso... ive sourced, remailed, had RC site, etc....POINT= been around...

i have been back in the gym after a lay off...i work in NYC as a Union carpenter and i really just took advantage of all the ot and ran myself down...ive worked with phil hernon, john meadows and IA (wesley RIP)..

i do not want to throw on a rapid 20lbs and have family and my partner say and give me shit..me and her are both in recovery and she wouldnt condone this as its not "sober' behavior.. SO...shes my soul mate...i dont want her to leave..marriage is the plan when shes done with her shcool for being a NP..nurse practitioner..

ok..my plan is 2/4 week blasts with equal time off..i have been using a diet setup from wes from a while ago that ive adjusted...i am doing the follwing diet protocol..

training days-
4x a day
10g eaa/5g Leucine 10 min before the following macors are consumed
30g P/50g C/15g F
usually a greek yogurt/ hard boiled egg, fish oil...cards from fruit/berries...i respond feel best eating fruit for carbs..works for me

then i eat 2 biggger meals at night with another 50gp/25gc/20gfat ...

non traing days i eat same except cards are kept to under 100g a day and i swap nuts for fruit making meals 30gp/30gf.

i have been modifying my diet and plan to change my macros to adjust for LBM gained,etc...

i would love help with suggestions as i go along..

workouts are M,W,F,Sun..heavy upper, heavy lower, light upper, light lower..repeat..Deloading intensity every 4th week to 75% effort..

supps...
multi, fish oil, tumeric, going to add in inj vitamins like hemo 15, etc...not sure yet

gear..
wk 1-2 50mg tren/prop ed
wk 1-3 superdrol or methyl trienolone...i have used both and feel they are perfect for this setup..
wk 1-6 aromasin 12.5mg eod
weeks 4,5,6 - nolva 20mg/clomid 50mg ed..
hcg used e3d at 250ius
cjc-1295 dac 500mcg with each HCG shot..
mk 677-10mg ed

peps/mk will be bumped up in pct weeks as well as an added DAA and maybe otc laxogenin..go ahead and laugh, but i think it will serve this pupose well..

i wanna do these small cycles namely because i just dont wanna have such drastic changes..but over
6 months, a slow recomp is easier to sell then fucking super swole over night...if i can gain 10lbs per and keep 4-5, ill be happy..

i have been also using 200mg dnp daily since last week..trying to drop a little bf and prime my body for growth..in theory at least

stats- 5'7'' 220lbs...approx 18% bf...

ill post training numbers as well..

DREDs tren prop and Hu-pharma peps..

so please chime in..i know the theory is old and outdated but people do short PH cycles all the time and have great success...this isnt any different..
 
400mg dnp really kicking my ass...

diet so far on point today..3 mile on bike.

training- got gassed quickly..

chest prest- 180lbs, 4x 20
incline 45xs, till exhaustion as many reps as i could
lateral raises- 40's 9/6/4 Rp
overhead dumbell extensions (tris) 75lbs 3x8
stretched and left..was dripping down my back..swamp ass all day..dnp ends friday..then just diet and cardio..for now, lol...

the feast is still left tonight..healthy shepards pie with turkey meat and sweet potatoes..plus a shake..
 
Off day..had a piece of cake..holy fuck..sweating bullets..bad move...no more bday partys for me,lol
 
No training this weekend..dnp run coming to end..focus this week is diet, making sure i follow my plan and track it on fit day..

Trained yesterday..still on 400mg dnp..down 6lbs so far..training has been difficult as im out of breath fast..last day is tommorrow..gonna dry out and start up Monday on cycle..scrapping 2 weekers..im not lean enough to see the xhanges..slow steady recomp is where im heading..starting peps this week. 2.5mg cjcdac weekly started this week

Diet has been very low carb and high protwin..hovering around 1800 cals a day..this'll change in next couple days as i really dial in food intake

Training while cycling DNP sucks dude...I've been there. Its not so much the sweating...I can tolerate that....its the lethargy for me. Just hang in there and wait for the rebound effect. Good luck my man.

update 12-12
spent past 3 days with my girl..asshole set off a pipe bomb in the tunnel, made life getting around in the morning shitty..

trained today, shoulders/chest/tris..all db movements..shoulder still clicks and slight aggrivation in right bicep where it ties in..working back into the weights..

cjc/w dac 5mg weekly
mk 677- start with 7.5 pre bed and work my way up..
these are for hgh purposes but really hoping for some healing in the shoulder and bicep..
diet and training are now being coached..waiting for finished plan by friday..

no gear starts until week 2-3 into diet..really wanna make sure im nailing my plan to a 'T' before i throw gear in system..

i feel leaner then i started with dnp but scale hasnt moved..and i stopped thursday..i suspect cjc is causing some water weight throwing me off..
