i have been back in the gym after a lay off...i work in NYC as a Union carpenter and i really just took advantage of all the ot and ran myself down...ive worked with phil hernon, john meadows and IA (wesley RIP)..
i do not want to throw on a rapid 20lbs and have family and my partner say and give me shit..me and her are both in recovery and she wouldnt condone this as its not "sober' behavior.. SO...shes my soul mate...i dont want her to leave..marriage is the plan when shes done with her shcool for being a NP..nurse practitioner..
ok..my plan is 2/4 week blasts with equal time off..i have been using a diet setup from wes from a while ago that ive adjusted...i am doing the follwing diet protocol..
training days-
4x a day
10g eaa/5g Leucine 10 min before the following macors are consumed
30g P/50g C/15g F
usually a greek yogurt/ hard boiled egg, fish oil...cards from fruit/berries...i respond feel best eating fruit for carbs..works for me
then i eat 2 biggger meals at night with another 50gp/25gc/20gfat ...
non traing days i eat same except cards are kept to under 100g a day and i swap nuts for fruit making meals 30gp/30gf.
i have been modifying my diet and plan to change my macros to adjust for LBM gained,etc...
i would love help with suggestions as i go along..
workouts are M,W,F,Sun..heavy upper, heavy lower, light upper, light lower..repeat..Deloading intensity every 4th week to 75% effort..

multi, fish oil, tumeric, going to add in inj vitamins like hemo 15, etc...not sure yet

wk 1-2 50mg tren/prop ed
wk 1-3 superdrol or methyl trienolone...i have used both and feel they are perfect for this setup..
wk 1-6 aromasin 12.5mg eod
weeks 4,5,6 - nolva 20mg/clomid 50mg ed..
hcg used e3d at 250ius
cjc-1295 dac 500mcg with each HCG shot..
mk 677-10mg ed
peps/mk will be bumped up in pct weeks as well as an added DAA and maybe otc laxogenin..go ahead and laugh, but i think it will serve this pupose well..
i wanna do these small cycles namely because i just dont wanna have such drastic changes..but over
6 months, a slow recomp is easier to sell then fucking super swole over night...if i can gain 10lbs per and keep 4-5, ill be happy..
i have been also using 200mg dnp daily since last week..trying to drop a little bf and prime my body for growth..in theory at least
stats- 5'7'' 220lbs...approx 18% bf...
