Thanks bud, all I run is sust, and clen, of course i take my breaks from clen, but fuck wen u find good source, the clen is like an oral like gear, lol, it also makes me look cut and very very vascularity.
There was no flexing in these pics, my arms are relax.

So I don't know how exactly this is going but here are some before pics of me standing at 5'9" weighing 205 with 15% body fat. I can't wait for this transformation, I just hope I stick with it. If I get to where I want to be I might try and compete in spring or summer.
