Stealth Gear and training log.

Yesterday in between work did some squats 495x3,sumo and conventional speed pulls mixed with orange bands for 10x2@335,leg press speed bench and some tri and delt work...skipped the heavy delt/tri work went light, trying to get weight back up for saturday heavy deads and sunday heavy bench...test P working good tbol def helping...Ill wait till Sunday to check body weight
 
So lost that weight and just got back up to 218 but this is in AM so Im expanding a bit lol...Best part is getting pumps like crazy and strength starting to increase. I do not feel intensely monster strong but last oral I used was a50 so I will say I look better and am grwoing without bloat. Would be great oral to cut up with along with testP... Im Feeling like the Prop is kicking in a bit as well sex drive going up...

Going from memory Saturday was quick like Sunday poor planning but gotta do what ya gotta do. Pulled heavy off floor in comp style stance(sumo) up to 585 which I jumped to from 405 which was retarded. Before you mock me just know that I hit 650 PR after a 495 single lol...I go by feel and felt like I was GTG...It was to much of a jump for my energy level and intensity that day was low. Only pulled one when few weeks ago hit 4-5 reps...Doubled 605 before cycle.Last couple weeks though I pulled off rack so this is most likely why it felt heavy. Pulled 675 mid shin then week after 545 with bands off rack...So this week off floor was bitch but threw a plate off and pulled conventional for 5 easy reps.I am sure I could of done ten and should have. Some day I actually feel stronger with conventional it just depends on the day. Normally I do both and love doing conventional after sumo off high deficit.The rest of workout was some pullups and trap work with abs and some light machine rowing as I had to leave. Did biceps Sunday with bench at end with my tris. Again This last week has been shit but Im feeling 100% now got BW up and Ill be making all my meals beforehand as well as setting a better schedule to ensure work doesnt interfere with lifting timing. Ill try to post a pic in week or two and now that I have bit over 600 in basement def can do a dead video or squat video. Benching is iffy as no spot if I get stuck ill have to roll it over my neck to slide out as pin sits right on chest but I dont trust my safety bars. Stand is rated for 1000 lbs but its ten yrs old and dont know how much saftey pins hold but i do 600plus off the thick bottom part off rack...
On Sunday.Gym closes at noon and used to be closed on Sundays half the year till we petitioned. I worked a lot last few days before hand and slept in so I had a quick pancake and sausage breakfast(girl had it ready for son and leaves mine for when I get up) and rushed to gym. I am still adding cals but I admit I havent been eating enough especially the last week starting with the night of being sick and day after which I could not eat. So my stomach shrinks up like overnight, never been a big eater but working back up and last two days have been good. Going to start a food journal with my workout logs. Last time I did that I realized how bad I was and it helped me a lot.

Anyways a small breakfast and got to gym. Warmed up on bench 135x10,225x6(felt shoulder pain I have been dealing with lately very minor), 275 with a closer grip to alleviate shoulder pain and all felt heavy. I should of warmed up better and hydrated/ate more first and ALMSOT waited till Monday to bench but rushed to gym and got it in. Ended up blasting 320x5 and luckily my spotter was cool and didnt grab bar as my lockout on rep 5 was slow. I Then went to 110lb dumbells for 3x6-8 as I never do bells but realize many big benchers use bells as accessory lifts and they do help with hypertrophy as well as hitting stabalizers of course. Running out of time I had to hit tris and delts so I supersetted some curls with weighted dips for 3 sets of ten then did laterals light just for pump. Going to follow a strict routine im looking to write up in next day or two as some ideas I have been wanting to add. It will change on days I train with my powerlifting bros but a few are weeks out from a meet so I dont wanna be doing super low rm with no assistance when I should be working off season powerlifting style conditioning looking at weak points adding mass ect ect...
 
Getting better practice with wraps...They seem to be helping a bit more like the way a weight belt helps not really springing out of hole yet but need work on speed I guess. I did however sink 495x3 (goal was 3-5) each rep was legit and next week hoping to do same weight for 5 reps... Did speed pulls with 315 NO BANDS and seemd to be better. I know the recc percentage for speed is around 60% even with bands or chains on but I feel it works best for me much lighter. My dead max is around 650 so 315 is less than 50% obviously...Did half Conventional half sumo and then moved to leg press starting with 3 plates up to 7 full rom bottoming out on each rep for ten reps on each set with one plate added so five sets. Then did leg ext with our gyms shitty machine but quads actually got a work out thanks to being a bit smoked already..Lunges and Gmornings with 135 for sets of 20 as a "cool down" and some calves/abs in between. Started stretching out again as Ive gotten away from it but post workout stretches after squats and deads are IMO super important seeming to help with growth and of course the more flexible you are the better. After sumo deads doing hamstring stretching for about 1 min or so will improve recovery (or atleast reduce DOMS) for me tremendously....Good leg workout and actually got a good pump despite lack of volume. Again intensity(more work less time) has always worked for me...
 
Sorry bros been busy but weights getting up there... low dose test must be kicking in now as im getting gyno ...out of blue i saw it which never happens...normally i feel sensitivity pain ect then feel lumps,.,While i just noticed other day(hairy mofo and chest hair grows faster than on head) after shaved my nipples look bigger and a bit puffed out so I immediatley started letro and ill switch to nolva in week or so...

Anyways the prop is working for sure and tbol as eth is still in beggining phase and I just set e dead 3rm with 610 Saturday with nothing but a coffe and bagel in me which is not how i role(normally need 3 meals in me for heavy days MINIMMUM)...woke up asked to help gf move some vaccines for her work and on way home stopped at gym since it was so close..Wanted breakfast but had that coffe Dunkin Donut buzz goin popped 3 caff tabs and hit it hard... Pulled 610x3 did deficit deads with 405 sumo and conventional which would normally be ten reps MINIMUM but hamstrings felt that 610x3 bit to much so did those and rows,face pulls Gmornings and curls...Biceps looking sick...There small compared rest of me and I dont hit em much but ive upped volume to change that plus there all striated when i flex each one has a whole and can see the fibers twitching around... So Im happy and have reffered a couple bros to Stealth...
 
Strength is gone up quite a bit...BW is fluctuating but did hit 220 the other night...of course Im 5 lbs down today...Hit PR in Deadlift...Squats have been stagnate so this week I upped volume and reps and avoiding heavy weights for a bit to add size and give recovery after deadlifting 665 Im sure hams and lower back are prob bit tired...So Ill reverse weeks light deads weeks ill squat heavy for a bit... bench is close and ready to see where Im at there...Im eating like crazy and looking decent for lack of cardio...vascular and abs which I didnt have my lst run on tren and test/a50 I had bloated stomach and watery chest(though was vascular and striated in delts glutes ect)... Happy...Going end this on a good note recover then BLAST in fall to knock on door of some records in my federation maybe knock them down and look good doing it...Thanks bros
 
ended Test P and cycle was pretty good for such small amounts.. Look great Ill recover with no problems and prob not crash at all...Made good gains and still getting stronger evry week...happy with Stealth...
