Stealth gear...Name speaks for itself...Week two. I got 60 tabs of 25mg tbol taking for 60 days.Also they included 10ml of test p so I added in some t400 to keep test in there even at a low dose ill be able to guage the effects of test P and TBOL by gains at week 4 or so...Today is week two and Im looking bigger already. first time with Tbol and seem bigger but not water logged. Banged out 315 for 5 today for first time since a minor pec tear few months back. Felt good...Im guessing by the end of this low dose run i will be setting some prs considering while off I was at record high bw and strength for being off a decent length of time....

Thanks... Gotten fat compared to how i used to look as im not doing construction anymore which was like 8-15 hours cardio lol...Plus the MK677 seemed to get me bloated and I just stopped it and noticing gyno looking fatty chest...Never got symptoms so thinking its just fat...So I plan on sharpening up a bit and working on my arms...My delts and rest of me are fairly big but calves are skinny and biceps(as I do about 1-2 sets a week after deads im like fk biceps lol) But my strength is already up there and orals are just kicking in Im guessing. Gained a couple lbs and moving weights a bit easier.

Bro- do more supersets and stuff , it will help stay hard like the Consruction did, I had same issue before but it will be for the better as you will have more power for your weigths
 
yes I may add in more hypertrophy work as Im sure Ill be recovering just fine and can add a bit more volume...
 
Tomorrow will be Squats hoping to hit a heavy 1-3 rm. I know many many lifters claim that its to much "maxing out" EW and that you will get burned out...I "max" in different rep schemes and by maxing Im really only going to failure or near failure.Basically HIT style training with few more assistance lifts...Not to much diff from what Dorian did except Im going heavier(relatively). I occasionally follow routines based on %s and the problem is they often dont work right for everyone. For example I did the 531 once which on paper looked bad ass but the %s for me were WAY to light even if going to failure (they will recc. 5 reps with a plus symbol meaning if you can do more , do it) well Id end up doing like ten reps as I can handle high percentages much easier.
So I use SOME westside principles along with few others and do dynamic day and heavy day for each power lift. The speed work is light 50% sometimes with light bands. Not very taxing. Some hypertrophy work but very little volume.On heavy days Im taxing my CNS but I dont always use the same movements(variations,exp 5rmrack pulls and set of deficit high rep cool down, one week and the next I may pull off floor for a triple...Same for bench and squat. I grow and get stronger so what Im doing works for me.)I will sometimes do a program written by someone I respect if I come across a good one but Ive had best results stealing ideas and making my own routines...Never liked the idea of going light for few ekks slowly building up to what is a ten lbs inc over ten weeks and half the time you miss the lift making the entire routine a waste of time.Periodization DOES work and has forever been a PL proven method but I like to make my own choices on weights depending on how I feel that day...
So tomorrow the leg is healed and Ill be doing a heavy single with wraps after tripling just under my old pr last week easily I am aiming for 560...depending on how 495 feels.495 feels heavy Ill do that for 5 reps or so...the 10x2 speed deads,2x6-8 banded sld, leg press and leg ext....Abs and Im out...I should fry my quads glutes hams core and lower back but be recovered enough to dead heavy on Saturday...Been doing this roughly few months and went from 615 to 650 and recently doubled 600 with ease while off gear....I always do lousy the first few weeks of a cycle. I believe its a mental hiccup as you think"Im on gear this shits going to be easy" when of course it hasn't kicked in yet. During PCT and off gear its the opposite as Im usually on a huge amount of caffeine/dmaa or ephedrine and eating and training like an animal trying to retain every last ounce of muscle.
I do look full and bigger already so Im hoping its the tbol as Im up 4 lbs and I stopped the MK677 a week ago as well...Can not wait for the test to kick in and start making my XL an XXL shirts look like mediums,lol...MFers are always saying"Are you wearing your little brothers shirt?" then Im like well this is a xl and I def need a xxl or 3xl...Altough alot of companies make shirts way to small.....Sorry for the MINI-NOVEL was just typing BS cause Im bored waiting for gf to get in here to start a movie...Good log coming bros...First 6 weeks will be mainly ALL stealth so to be fair Ill run a 6 week log...Though just started log so lets call this week 1(day9 of 25mg tbol 60 day cycle with 10ml test P and some other companies t400 to keep test levels nice and high)
 
So hit 560 but after reviewing the lift I was high... It felt light and I could of sank it... Also went on to do some stiffleg deads with 315 plus orange mini bands to smoke my hams, then threw some plates on leg press up to 7 x10 usually can do much more when im ding them regularly ...back to lunges with 135 barbell/Gmornings with 165 and hypers and abs...Tonight dynamic bench

YES 560 on bench is great...HOWEVER lol...I was talking about my Squat bro LOL... My bench is at 375 or so...

Did Bench Thurs night...Was supposed to be dynamic/speed day but trained with friends who are competing soon... I had just two days before done 315x5 along with 335/355 sling shot (for overload) so it was early to be going heavy however I felt recovered well and ended up getting 325x3 with a closer grip as shoulders been bothering me...DId some 3-5 reps with strict over head press then finished with a double @225 strict overhead press(doubling my last 1rm in this lift)...
Getting stronger already and almost at 220. So I am gaining well. Today I have deads and squats and will be doing rack pulls again.Sat is normal dead day but last week leg was swollen and did the heavy bench and rack pulls on Memorial day in a sort of make up day for the couple missed workouts. Id like to pull of the floor but my home gym isnt set up fully and dont want crack floor(need mats)...Power rack is set up so I plan on Heavy pulls with bands then light pulls off floor with bands for high reps...speed squats,Shrugs and curls...Then Im done and gotta go to work...

Pulled from about midshin level with ETF orange bands up to 545x3
Squats-sets of ten up to 315 olympic style(normally do speed squats light and back was so pumped decided stop there,besides hadnt been doing high reps and gotta squat heavy tues)
Shrugs-4x10
Barbell Curls-4x6-8
Reverse curls 2x10
Going to do rows with bench tomorrow...

Weighing in right now at 218.5 (up from 212 or so IF I remember right)....Just getting started with this mini bulk and power phase lol...I think I was about this weight at my last cycles END with a50/tren and testP all at high doses except test which was around 400/wk. So I dropped MK677 at start of this and was off from my last 8 week cycle maybe ten weeks or so...Which means I am in position to be at my highest bodyweight ever by the end of this with minimal doses and plan on setting PR's in all 3 lifts then recovering about as well as I did last cycle if not better since Im using less...I may quickly grab some HCG which I have never used and use clomid/mk677 for pct like I did last time. I am hoping to get up to about 230 now that Im seeing this much progress before test is even kicking in fully and retaining enough mass in pct that ill be at 220 while OFF...Then Ill be off rest of year till a fall powerlifting comp in which I will then run a BIG cycle and thatll be it for 2016!!! Plans change but so far Ive set up a good system lol

May try to skip tonight and heal up get fluids/cals in ect and do Legs with speed bech wednedsay in between two work shifts..
