Half way through cycle,everthing going smooth except shoulders get shooting pains by set 2 or 3.doesnt matter what exercise I do with them. Acid? Please help

Didn't think so, but man it's like a screwdriver lodged in both shoulders while I'm working them, pain goes right away after workout, can bennch all day, just any kind of press overhead ruins them instantly, let them rest 6 days 2 times now, I don't know
Thanks for input, I'll do what I can to work around them, wk 5 into cycle I'll do what I can it's like there no circulation after 2 sets shoulder gets purplish throbs like crazy but goes away after hr
Benching is what really screwed my rotator cuff up. I'm surprised you can still bench but you have overhead press issues. Mine gets so bad I can't do any pressing movements. Take a month or two off, it helped me a lot. Stay away from anti inflammatory/ ibuprofen. You want as much blood in there as possible for it to heal. Shoulders are touchy.
doesn't so much sound like an injury per say - what kind of compounds are you on? I get some pretty intense "pump" type pain in my rear delts - also, don't laugh, but try using Smith machine for overhead and pressing movements - see if that helps
^^^^^^^^^my thoughts exactly unless your having this pain when your not lifting. I used to think I had foot problems because walking more than 20 feet would cause my arch to be in such bad pain. So bad that I wasted money on different shoes and arch support.... then pain went away once I was off anavar, go figure lol.. But I'll say my foot was vasucular as FUCK lol
I tried lacing up some skates last year for the first time in 2-3 years - I made it around the rink once and about died haha my lower legs were so filled with blood and painful i couldnt lift my toes etc... I know your pain!
