I have been in and out of the forum for awhile finally created an account and wanted to introduce myself! I recognize a lot of you guys from other boards over the years.
A little about myself.
I have been training off and on since high school which followed into college. Life and family takes a lot of my time but have managed to take my training serious for the last 8 years. I have wrestled and played sports my whole life and to this day I am involved in a lot of grappling through the week for cardio. Been in the AAS world for about 10 yrs and learned the hard way till I educated myself and now know what works and doesn't "for me". My stats are 6'1 205#. I am a firm believer of prepping all my meals daily and sticking to the diet. With life and children taking a lot of time as long as my diet is on point I can miss workouts but I always get some sort of cardio/light workout in daily. Thx for having me guys!!!
