I figured I'd do an intro since I'm becoming more active over here.
I'm pretty active on a couple other boards and have been since 2014.
My name is Paul and I've been lifting for 18 years or so. However, I've only been training seriously for six years or so, taking diet, supplementing, rest, all the good stuff into account.
I'm always trying to learn and educate others, as well. I'd say I'm pretty well educated when it comes to most things AAS, supplementation, and training. I am working on learning more about diet and the science of how the body works.
I actually am training my first person ever starting tomorrow. It should be fun!!
I want to throw this out there because things like tone cannot be heard through these forums. I am never trying to be a smart ass or know it all. This accomplishes nothing and I believe sets us back from what we're trying to accomplish here. So please don't take what I write here the wrong way.
Thanks guys for having me here!!
