Tren when did you start doing higher rep workouts like Ben pak??? I tried to do it for legs the other day just cause I had extra energy and it happen to be leg day so I aimed for failure I. The 15-25 area... holy shit bro it was torture, but I'm thinking about doing it fir a week every 6 weeks to shock the body. But my question to you is ... is this how you always workout fir cutting and bulking? And if so how long has this Ben Pak style been working for you?

^^ a little bit of info on Ben pak and his training style... he's much more high reps to failure ... Lee Haney is low and heavy reps ... cutler is a bit like Arnold with high volume and low rest ... and d Yates with his one set to failure. I believe possiblying applying all styles in there in anyway/ shape / or form to find out what works best for you!

It's always nice too see objectively on paper, but also how it affects certain differ body types as well as tried with the guys trying to get to that stage of the game.
