Skipped out on the gym today so I could donate some blood. Had to clean out this motor oil. Lol. I am going to make an effort to do this more often. This was my 1st time and I know how good it is to do when running gear
 
Haven't been on to log in a bit minute but things are still going great... Down to about 200 right now and in the high 5% bf so hopefully be down in the 3's come show time. Cut the oils about a week ago and started cardio. 30 min a day fasted in the mornings. 6 days a week and carb cycling with high and low days. Workouts are about the same but dropped dead lifts. Right now doing winny, proviron and clen and can't complain about anything. Will have some pics up soon. I did post a few in the contest thread if you guys wanna check those out
 
Have not logged in a while. Doing cardio twice a day now and still doing the same workouts. Legs are down to just leg extensions and walking lunges. Doing 4 low carb to one carb day. Down to 202 and 5.5%bf. Couple more weeks left till this contest ends as I step on stage. I am excited though. Posing is coming along and I should be under 200 by end of the week I hope. Well.... 197.4 on the scale this morning. This is pre cardio so I will probably be 196 after my cardio and shower. I weigh in tomorrow for state championship and sat is the big day. This is my 1st show ever so I will be doing true novice but I am feeling good. Yesterday was my last workout and I did shoulders. Really focused on rear delts and put as much blood as I could in there. I hope to get a win there and on here. There are a few guys that really killed this contest but I know for myself I have given so much bc I have this show. I am looking forward to my next log when it will be back to building and away from cutting lol
 
Final outcome.... Placed 3rd in novice heavyweight. Still can't believe it. I got robbed.no should have won. Even 1st place told me I should have won. I don't know wth went wrong but I still got some steel to bring home so we good I guess. Try again in 2 weeks. Couple weeks to tighten it up even more

Gonna do jrs and open light heavy. I have less to cut off this time so hopefully I'll be much tighter. And hopefully I can win this cut contest and walk away with some gear for off season haha
