So if you guys have seen me around I have given my stats a few times. I will touch on it again briefly. 34 yrs old, just finished a bulk where I went from 206 and 8%bf to 221 at 12%bf... Currently sitting around 212 and 10% with weekly check ins so hopefully almost 9%.. fingers crossed lol. I put picks up for the contest page but I will post here again for anyone not following along there. My goal is to get contest ready for an April 8th show. That is my 1st show and it is my warm up show. My "real" show will be my 3rd show on April 29th. I would also love to win this contest and get some nice store credits hahaha. This is my 1st log ever and I will include what my diet is looking like, workouts and gear... Updates will include pictures and this will run up to contest. I don't know if it will be daily but I will try to keep this thing on point. Any feedback would be great and all the encouragement even better. Thank you all and hope you guys follow along. BTW today is off day... Back to gym tomorrow

So far... Gear is 500mg Elixicor tren e, 375mg Elixicor test e, 1mg Arimidex eod and 500iu hcg every 3 or 4 days for keeping my boys safe. I usually cruise on 250mg a week test e and run the hcg with lower dose of arimidex so this my little "blast" lol. closer to show I will cut the oils and add winny and proviron probably some clen and maybe Lasix at the end.
Diet is almost the same every day so I will post my meals for today and I will put updates but they don't change much.
Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg and 1/3 cup of grits with a scoop and a half of whey isolate to add more protein without eating 10 eggs ugh
Meal 2: 8 oz grilled chicken light garlic salt and 10 oz of sweet potato mash no additives to that
Meal 3: 2 scoops syntha 6 vanilla with water
Meal 4: 9oz grilled chicken, 10oz sweet potato mash, 1.5 cups of broccoli
Meal 5: 9oz grilled chicken, 10oz sweet potato mash, 1.5 cups green beans
pre bed: 2 scoops of gnc wheybolic 60 casein for that slow feed

also take 1000mg l carnitine am and pm
Jym multivitamin
and 1000mg fish oil each day

training to come....

Hey Tiny what's your preferred method of body fat reads? I've used hydrostatic a couple times but plan on dexa this next go round.

I 100% rely on my coach. He is an old npc judge and used to be Mr. North Carolina. So he has tons of experience owned several gyms and been training probably as long as I've been alive. Lol. He uses Lang calipers and does like a 9 or 12 spot check. Other methods I would love but very expensive and I am already tapped out with gear and coach and food hahaha
 
Alright So I guess this is 1st entry of the contest. Pinned today. I'm doing 3 shots a week sunday, wed, and Fri... Day went like this for meals and I'll add workout at the bottom.
Meal 1: 2 scoops of casein protein and 1cup of oatmeal in my shake raw. 40 grams of protein
Meal 2: 7oz grilled chicken and 10oz sweet potato mash
Meal 3: 2 scoops syntha 6
Meal 4: 8 egg whites 1 whole egg and 1 pack original instant grits
Meal 5: 8oz grilled chicken with a large baked potato and some butter buds powder and 2 cups of green beans

Workout was at 1:30pm and I did calves, quads and and to start the week

Standing calf raise 4 sets

Leg extensions 4 sets

Started early today... 7am workout before I came to work. Obviously I am working hard today since I am doing my log while I am here... 2 scoops of pre workout and a fasted shoulder day. Workout went like this

the rest of my meals are the usual chicken and sweet potatoes.

Been getting real hungry last few days So instead of increasing portion size I decided to tighten meal times and add another meal into the day. Back and hamstrings tonight and I have check ins tomorrow so I should have a workout log and updated weight and be If it has changed... If it hasn't I'm in trouble lol
 
Tonight's workout is possibly my least favorite of my workouts. Back and hamstrings. Usually I would love back, but this includes deadlifts and stuff leg deadlifts and it leaves my lower back so tight. Anyway, felt good tonight getting in there. Went like this:

Dinner was 6oz of chicken, 5oz tilapia and like 4 small baked potatoes with butter buds. Will do a shake before bed. I think I will be upping my oils again next week. Tomorrow is an off day. May go do abs while my wife works out and I will have updates on weight and bf as well.
 
Check in went really well. Right where I need to be. Hopefully not just to win this show but to take this contest too Lol. Down to 8.5%bf sitting just under 210

Increasing oils this week. Think I'm gonna take tren to 600 and test to 500 and gonna be switching from omega elixicor when this bottle is done to some D-RED test e... Have a feeling this is gonna be a nice switch. Also when this dang mgg box comes I'll have some nice stuff to add as well. Should be any day
 
Killed my legs!!! Pumps were ridiculous tonight. Calves were insane at the beginning. About to roll my legs out with this tiger tail. Post workout meal was a 10oz sirloin filet perfectly mid rare and 2 baked potatoes with my cheese powder. Also 1.5 cups of okra plain.

[MENTION=221]dustined83[/MENTION] Thanks brutha that is what I am going for. That's what I need to hear though because I always feel small lol. Especially the more I see the scale go down on this cut. Down to 206 from 221 so I feel tiny but the stats show I have lost all fat and only like .6 muscle or something so not even a pound of muscle loss

I was 205 at 23yo. I just have a high metabolism but I feel and feel like I look better cut but keep in mind I do it for myself I don't compete or power lift. I stay around 180 and I like it. Scales will def hurt your feelings though so I try to just use the mirror lol
