Can't remember what I ate yesterday

Legs
Squat racks were taken so I tried a hack squat machine i normally don't use which after 3 sets did more damage to my lower back than my legs
135lbs 10 reps

Now squat rack is open I sprint to it tackling Justin beiber wannabe and the old guy with the back brace gym gloves and sweat band

Incline press hammer strength superset with flat bench DB bench press 3 sets

Incline- 55lbs 10 reps each arm 10 reps together

Flat- 100's 10 reps

Incline- 80lbs 10 each 10 reps together the last couple of together reps were rough my front delts were on fire

Flat- 100's 10 reps
Same last 3-4 reps were rough last 2 maybe bounced and half repped.

Last set my shits burning!

Incline- 90lbs 10 each and 6 together fuck that burns!

Flat- 100lbs 7 good ones and 5 shitty half bounce reps

Machine flys, push ups and machine chest press tri set 3 sets 20 reps burn!!!

BJJ training went well but gassed out towards the end must of been the Las Vegas style buffet cheat meal and desserts hahaha!

Been busy between work and training but have been getting 2 training sessions day for the past couple of days between lifting and jiu jitsu.
Surprisingly I've been maintaining 194lbs while not feeling like a complete fatty. Still in pct mode.

Sled push and pull 225lbs for I don't know like 30-40 yards total forward and back kept the weight and distance the same all sets except for very last set.

2nd set
Bench 225lbs 12 reps
Deadlift 225lbs 12 reps
Sled push and pull

3rd set
Bench 275lbs 10 reps
Deadlift 315lbs 10 reps
Sled push and pull

3rd set slower reps with pauses
Bench 275lbs 5 reps
Deadlift 315lbs 5 reps

4th set drop set
Bench 225lbs 10 reps

Sled no drop

Been busy training a lot of Jiu jitsu lost a little weight so instead of being on the light side of 190lbs more on the heavy side of 180lbs. Today is grocery shopping and meal prepping after a long ass day of work

If I use the slingshot I can bench 315lbs for 10 reps that thing is crazy highly recommend.
Deadlift 465lbs 1 rep
Been using pause reps training method it has been working great for strength.
