Hit some traps shoulders biceps and triceps at a different gym this morning arms were too pumped for full range of motion which is good because I still looked pumped
post workout shake 48g protein
Shoulders
Hammer strength machine shoulder press 15,10,10,8,10,25
Seated side lat raises palm facing back 20lbs dumbbells
12,10,20,14
Superset with dumbbell shrugs
The gym only had 75lbs DB max 20 reps.
ez bar front raise underhand grip
50lbs 12 reps
60lbs 12 reps
80 lbs 10 reps
Superset with DB rear delt flys 20lbs 10 reps
Military press 3 sets 95lbs I know that ain't shit but my left shoulder was been dislocated once a few years ago, same shoulder rotator cuff injury last year and the right shoulder right now still recovering from a popped tendon from a week ago which bothered me on my last set of rear delt flys.
So shoulders were spent so moved onto biceps and triceps
Standing Ez bar curl superset with standing ez bar triceps extensions or French curl
60lbs 15 reps each
80lbs 12 curls 20 triceps
90lbs 10 curls 18 triceps
80lbs 10 reps 18 triceps
Hammer strength preacher curls
45 plate 20 reps
70lbs 15 reps
80lbs 13 reps
70lbs 12 reps
45lbs 17 reps
Shit was pumped
Cable ez bar triceps push down
2 sets 140lbs for 20 reps
160lbs for 10 reps
120lbs for 25 reps
And fucking done arms so pumped I can't scratch my face hahaha!
Had my shake now fucking hungry for some real food!
