Hit some traps shoulders biceps and triceps at a different gym this morning arms were too pumped for full range of motion which is good because I still looked pumped

Military press 3 sets 95lbs I know that ain't shit but my left shoulder was been dislocated once a few years ago, same shoulder rotator cuff injury last year and the right shoulder right now still recovering from a popped tendon from a week ago which bothered me on my last set of rear delt flys.

So shoulders were spent so moved onto biceps and triceps

Jiu jitsu training went well though a little rough when working from the bottom I could tell I need ab work and flexibility training. I do feel a little bloated so I may need to start working cardio a little more and try to recomp at 190lbs if I can maintain.
Overall still felt stupid strong compared to training partners but as always still improvements to be made.
 
Yesterday tried to chest day even though my shoulder is still not all the way healed up. Tried to rep 225 after 2 sets of 25 reps 135lbs. 1 rep of 225lbs let me know my shoulders is still not well enough for it so I dropped it back down to 135lbs hit a set of 30 reps and a set of 25 reps. Finished with a set of 18 reps.
Then went on to pumping my biceps and triceps.

Trained well at jiu jitsu

Overall a little bummed out because my shoulder isn't allowing me to do much on the bench for strength, Flys hurt to dips is what did me in can't do dip machine or some tricep pushdown.

Weight still at 190lbs! So far maintaining well and hope to gain a little more.
The gear man that Testobolin has my sex drive is through the roof even when I'm tired from the day. Joints feel great I feel strong. I can work around my shoulder a bit joints feel great during lifts so Deca doing it's job there. Just added Masteron and winni for the last couple of weeks of cycle so we will see how that works.

Pinned 1500iu hcg since coming up on last week or 2 of cycle.

Wanted to keep this cycle strictly 10 weeks. Goal was to gain 15lbs while working with injury. Almost there I got 2-4 more lbs to gain and a fridge full of food so should be good.

In about an hr I will have a bedtime protein shake 24g minimum and then call it a night.

Felt great a little sluggish a little slow but I managed my pace used my strength to slow things down a bit haha! Not bad I thought I would do worse but didn't. I need to do a yoga class or something and stretch been feeling tight.

Signed up for a jiu jitsu tournament in a couple of months so soon this bulk is gonna go cut/recomp.

End of the day update

Couldn't help it I've been wanting to try some injectable winni but scared of the pip so I pinned .5cc of the dragon winni and it was very smooth really no pip unless I poke at injection site then I can kinda feel it but really not enough to report tomorrow will try a whole cc for pre workout.

Wrestling practice went better today than yesterday who knows maybe it was the .5cc of winni hahaha!

Post workout shake 35g protein and a homemade chicken sandwich.

Overall I feel great just a little tired so may need some good rest. I'm heavy and still have great movement in martial arts which has been an issue in past cycles but something's take some trial and error before you figure out what works.

It was a great cycle I met my goal breaking and keeping 190lbs. The gear pinned smoothly no pip Deca helped me work around some training injuries Test helped keep the sex drive up without getting Deca dick and let me tell you the sex drive was insane. The gains came in the last 5-4 weeks as too be expected with long esther compounds.

Since my shoulder is still healing I can't do 225lb and up for now and can't do heavy or many reps and sets on the incline bench here is what I managed.

Pre workout meal 5 boiled egg whites
50mg para Pharma winstrol

Bench press
135lbs 16 reps
185lbs 15 reps
205lbs 15 reps
185lbs 17 reps
135lbs 20 reps

3 sets Incline hammer press machine , cable v-bar tricep push downs, Olympic bar curls tri set.

Incline press 65lbs each arm 10 reps each arm while holding resting arm in a locked out position. Dropped to 55lbs for the last 2 sets.

Cable v bar 110lbs 15-20 reps all 3 sets

Olympic bar curls 65lbs 10 reps, 75 lbs 10 reps last couple reps looked ugly so dropped the weight back to 65lbs and burned out focusing on mind muscle connection.

Tri set machine chest press with machine pec fly push ups

Machine chest press
135lbs 4 sets of 20-25 reps

Machine pec fly 130lbs 4 sets of 15-20 reps

Push ups 4 sets 20 reps

Post workout protein 48g

That's a wrap had some extra time more than expected so I put the time to good use.
Did feel my shoulder bother me a few times so no need for ego lifting and make the damage any worse.

Overall very satisfied with workout was happy for some extra time got some good pumps and chest felt exhausted. Feel tight still pumped hard as a rock.
