A.M. Workout
20min legs
Small gym and the only things available was smith machine and leg press
Smith machine squats 3 sets 10 reps
2 plates
4 plates
6 plates
Leg press and calf press super set 20 reps each 3 sets
6 plates
8 plates
10 plates
Pinned Alpha Pharma Testobolin 1cc and Alpha Pharma Nandrolone Deca 1cc.
Smooth pinning gear as always. I'm really enjoying this brand.
P.M. BJJ training
Went well felt strong but ate bad food today which led to me gassing out towards the end of each round. That will be the last time I cheat meal before BJJ.....for awhile till next time hahaha!
Overall beginning of week 6 I'm up 10lbs from where I started. 10lbs of good muscle my legs are looking denser I feel like i don't really look bigger by much, just denser which is good with me. Main reason I chose Deca for this cycle was the stress of lifting heavy on my joints so far my joints have really not been bothering me during lifting. Occasionally my body reminds me but not as much which is really cool.
The next couple of weeks I'm gonna be looking to ramp up the strength and conditioning
