Leg press and calf press super set 20 reps each 3 sets

P.M. BJJ training
Went well felt strong but ate bad food today which led to me gassing out towards the end of each round. That will be the last time I cheat meal before BJJ.....for awhile till next time hahaha!

Overall beginning of week 6 I'm up 10lbs from where I started. 10lbs of good muscle my legs are looking denser I feel like i don't really look bigger by much, just denser which is good with me. Main reason I chose Deca for this cycle was the stress of lifting heavy on my joints so far my joints have really not been bothering me during lifting. Occasionally my body reminds me but not as much which is really cool.

The next couple of weeks I'm gonna be looking to ramp up the strength and conditioning

Tri- set hex bar deadlift, sled push and pull, machine shoulder press 3 sets

Hex bar deadlift
135lbs 10 reps
225lbs 8 reps
225lbs 8 reps

Sled push and pull 225lbs 25 yards maybe 30 yards not sure i need to measure distance.

Machine shoulder press 20 reps
75lbs
95lbs
105lbs

Went well better than yesterday since I ate healthier. I feel like my speed could use some work

This week kinda sucked for training this weekend I will get a little more time to lift anyways here's a quads shot

Close to closing out week 6 at 185lbs steady so the next 2 weeks I should be able to break and 190lbs keep it.

Doing front squats right now had to take a week off from doing them do to a muscle bruise on my front delt from the bar hope to hit another pr!

Yeah. IMO squats (ass to grass) is the ultimate leg workout. Sometimes I do only squats the whole workout.

A mixture of heavy weight low reps (as low as 2)

To light weight high pause reps

Just take a break and repeat

Incline superset
Incline bench 135lbs 3 sets of 10
Incline DB Press
75lbs 10 reps
85lbs 10 reps
90lbs 7 reps
Shoulder started bothering me

Flat bench DB press 100lbs 10 reps
Went to hit some dips and my right shoulder made a nasty grinding crunching popping sound. So went to do cable v bar triceps push downs and that hurt so so much for chest day.
Gonna go get this shoulder checked out

A little update moving closer to 190lbs upper Body hasn't gotten much work last week and this week so far due to the tendon in my shoulder. Does feel better so hopefully I can work some before the week ends.

Tax return came in so first thing I Stocked up on some food and a shitload of protein powder and picked up that pre workout Hyde heard it was an intense pre workout so will try today before MMA training

Update MMA training went good I felt a little gassed since most of my training has been light because of my shoulder issue but overall managed with technique and patience.

Chinese food cheat meal!!!!
Haven't gotten a good cheat meal in awhile so that I needed especially if I'm gonna hit 405lbs on front squats.

My shoulder still bothering most of my upper body lifts so no upper body PR's tomorrow probably gonna hit deadlifts and Sunday gonna hit squats or should I put them together? Anyone got an answer or input?
