Just weighed in at 180lbs probably a solid pound of hair hahaha!

Quick intro
My training is for MMA and BJJ mostly been competing for 8 years mostly in bjj and had 1 MMA fight hope to do another this year.
Still considered amateur I'm not a tested athlete so I got the extra 2 years after last pin to spare to clear the Deca I'm currently running out of my system.

Cycle
This is first pin of week 3 I'm up 5 solid my appetite just started increasing at the end of the second week.
Alpha Pharma Testobolin 500mg/week
Alpha Pharma Deca 375mg/week
Pre workout Prokor Testabol 175mg so far used every other day. During last week and used on 3rd week day 2.

Current PR's
Front squat 345lbs 1 rep
Bench press 315 1 rep
Have not maxed on deadlift yet but will this week.

30min Legs workout

Front squats 1 min rest between sets 2-3 min rest on working sets.
Bar warm up 12 reps
135lbs 10 reps
185lbs 8 reps
225lbs 6 reps
315lbs 4 reps
335lbs 2 reps
315lbs 3 reps
275lbs 5 reps

4 sets Hammer strength leg press superset with Sled push about 15 yards and pull back.
Leg press weight 455lbs 12 reps
Sled 275lbs

Busy morning
Only got 20 min of biceps and triceps if that

Machine preacher curls superset with v-bar push down

Curl 95lbs 20 reps
Push down 100lbs 20 reps

Curl 135lbs 15 reps drop set 120lbs 8 reps
Push downs 140lbs 12 reps drops sets 130lbs 8 reps

Curl 140lbs 10 reps drop set 120lbs 5 reps a quick breather hit another 5 reps
Push down 135lbs 10 reps quick breather hit 5 reps drop to 125lbs finished another 5 reps.

Pm bjj training

So far weight seems to be 180 steady this only the beginning of week 3. Still have plenty of time to grow.

Flat DB press and Incline bench superset

DB press
55lbs 15 reps
100lbs 8 reps
100lbs 6 reps
100lbs 6 reps
90lbs 6 reps and 2 partial reps
80lbs 10 reps
80lbs 8 reps and 2 partial reps

Incline bench press
135lbs 10 reps

Kept the incline bench weight at 135lbs because going heavy sometimes can really aggravate my previously injured rotator cuff and shoulder but with high reps and moderate weight it's not too bad.

Finished 7 sets total during my 30min break.

Today was pin day for Alpha Pharma Testobolin 1cc and Alpha Pharma Nandrobolin .5cc Added 1cc of Prokor Pharma Testabol

25 min back workout
Tri set Deadlift, rock climb grip pull ups , straight bar cable curl.

Deadlift 135lbs - 10 reps
Deadlift 225lbs - 10 reps
Deadlift 315lbs - 5 reps
Deadlift 315lbs - 5 reps

Rock climb grip Pull-ups
10, 10, 8, 8

Straight bar cable curls
80lbs 10 reps

Hour later submission wrestling practice was a fighting in a pool of sweat

Quick a.m. Workout

Tri set
Dumbbell alt curls 10 reps with 10 reps dumbbell alt hammer curls.
1st set 30 lbs,
2nd set 35lbs,
3rd set 40lbs,
4th set 45lbs

Machine shoulder press
75lbs 12 reps
95lbs 10 reps
100lbs 12 reps
115lbs 10 reps

Leg extension machine got fixed so went over there and did 100 reps 100lbs broken into 5 sets of 20 reps
