Cut Cycle Progress Pics: March 12th, 2018- July 11th, 2018

Last week of this cut cycle and then starting a bulk on Monday.....not 100% satisfied because I know I could've dieted harder but another learning experience and lesson for next time. Once again, lighting isn't the best because pics were taken with a GoPro.

I hold majority of my fat around my midsection. For me that was the hardest to get rid of. I think HELIOs and ULTRA HELIOs injecctionS throughout my mid section GREATLY helped. You still look good even if you arn't happy
 
Lol...don't have hops worth a damn man, I'm 5'7"....I just weighed in with my physique coach today and my body fat measured in at 6.5% which shocked me, seriously....all the fat that I'm holding is in my lower abdomen., weighed in at 165 lbs
How tall are you and how much you weigh? I was wondering if you can dunk.

I used to be 5'7" but nowadays I am 5'6" give or take 1/4". I used to be able to dunk a ball that I can easily palm.. that was decades ago lol. About 3 months ago I was shooting hoops and was able to get my 1st middle finger knuckle over rim. Don't try to touch rim unless your muscles are used to that type of (violent) movement. I was told that my low T caused my bones to shrink...I don't know if there is any truth to that or gravity hasn't been kind to me lol.

Congrats for getting down to 6.5%BF. I would say that 95% of humans (in non 3rd world countries) will never reach 10%BF or less.
 
Thanks for the kind words man, I still love watching basketball, NBA & NCAA, huge fan of it....but my playing days are well over because my knees and joints can't handle all the impact. The reasoning for bones to shrink because of low T is a very interesting view, I'm gonna have to look into that, might be a perfect excuse for some HGH too lol.
