Been having a stomach bug these last couple days but still been getting in some good workouts. I have pinned Dynamite (tren base x test base x winstrol base) twice now and even with bad stomach found myself powering thru my workouts. Last night was legs and I hit another solid PR on the leg press.

Sorry for my recent lack in posts. My current bulk is changing speeds as I change up my protocol (source not listed on hcu)
will update the log with new cycle and workouts this evening.

So my elbow and shoulder are still not 100% but I'm planning a few more art massage sessions. Up until now it's been bulk bulk bulk and it's always a tough thing to go from a competition looking frame to being a fluffy version of your old self. I've really been debating keeping on a lean bulk or switching over to a cut. Although I have not hit my goal weight of 225-230, the 31lbs I have gained is a noticeable change for me. It's just a mental tax to look in the mirror like what the hell did I do to myself. I've truly enjoyed the strength gains, but even at a current 9.8%bf at 216lbs I'd be lying if I said I wasn't missing the leaner version of myself. I've slowly started to incorporate cardio back into my workouts which is a change for sure as I haven't stepped foot on a treadmill in months.
This week's workouts ad I mentioned will still be a fairly high rep count but I havent made the jump back to sets greater than 5. This will be changing pretty quick though if I decide to jump head first back into a cut program.

This week's protocol
Tren Ace 1ml ed (workout days only)
Mast P 1ml ed (workout days only)
Test P 75mg ed (workout days only)
Anavar 50mg ed (workout days only)

Looking good man. Strong lifts. Keep going sounds like you've made some good gains. I gotta get some stuff posted too so I guess we've all been slacking lol. Killing it though keep going

So yesterday was just one of those days you wanna get a do over on and just pretend it never happened. I asked my wife to get me some syringes from the local pharmacy as I wait for my bulk delivery from (liquidations-outlet. com) and somehow she came back with a 22 gauge instead of 23. Truly in need of syringes I pushed thru and thought I'll be fine, at least the oil will move faster. So as I went thru my normal pre pin ritual I was just kinda rushed to get out the door. As soon as I pinned I knew I messed up as I hit my Vg. Now some of you swear by vg but I'm not one of them. I am very problematic with vg pins and yesterday the combination of a 22 gauge plus hitting my vg had me sidelined the whole day. I couldn't tie my shoes couldn't sit or walk right.. It Sucked! At least I had the sympathy of my wife as she massaged the knot away and I'm good to go today. Needless to say Im looking forward to my 23s arriving and will definitely be more attentive to my future pins. It's just one of those things you do so much you almost take it for granted.

Today's dry weigh in 205lbs
Honestly as much as I hate the way I look right now, this is really the time the magic will happen as the transformation will be most visible at the point. I'm not scheduled to compete until July so I've been able to take a little longer trying out different development movements during bulk but more over will really have the time to cut and prep. I'm coming to realize that in my eyes I still won't have the size needed for Classic Physique.. At least in my opinion. Which for now is ok as I'm just shaking off the bulking depression.. (don't know if that's a real thing but for me it feels that way)

At this point all workouts include steady state cardio. Last week was 20 minutes while this week has been bumped to 30 minutes. I will really get back into abs from here on as well. I discovered last year that my body responds best to weighted ab movements for that pop but it's the floor movements that give the real shape and definition.

Here's a look at my chest workout from last night. This season I actually incorporated more flat bench press movements as last year was almost all Incline Db Press and Cable Crossovers. I'm certainly more full in the lower chest but I'll need to get back to defining the upper body for sure.

Yesterday was one of those days were you just feel great to be getting it in. Nothing out of the ordinary but the moral is high, the body feels good so I'm really pleased with the workout last night and really just this feeling of well being. I'm really looking forward to this prep as although my bulk was cut short that gives me 20+ weeks of actual contest prep.
I'm down to 202lbs as of the morning. So since late December I've gone from 185lbs to 217lbs and now just a few weeks in this cut find myself at 202lbs. I feel much more comfortable at these weights as the additional size and weight affected my breathing and just the way I felt.
I haven't made too many changes to the diet with the biggest being a drop in roughly 25% of carbs. This has helped with knocking down the bloat really quick.
For the most past my diet is the same day in day out. Here's a quick look.. This is general and certainly not measured down to specific weights but enough to give an idea of what's going in.

Eggs + meat of choice for breakfast (usually I opt for a small steak)

Oatmeal and protein shake w/2% milk (will cut dairy in a few weeks)

Chicken breast with corn or beans

Usually a snack
Whole wheat tortilla or whole bread with light Mayo and turkey

Chicken breast w slice of Ezekiel bread and choice of greens (usually spinach)

I work out nights typically so my last intake is usually another protein shake before bed
*been cutting back on red meat

As for my workouts the total volume count is going up as the goal is at least 500 reps per body part.
Last night's attention was given to arms. I don't have a short bicep muscle so while some walk around with a nice fat ball sitting atop the bicep, mine are elongated so although I can't fight that this go round I'm focusing on that peak development. I've been incorporating reverse Preacher Curls and 21s, really it's just about finding compound movements with a more constant tension. Im a huge fan of cable Curls for this as well but don't feel like the cables build as much as sculpt.
Everything is still going well with the gear. The pins have been smooth and the again still no test related pip! Tren is in full force as the night sweats and insomnia are a given and I've picked up that funny smell when I sweat. Pretty soon here I may have to go back to smoking a little to see me sleep thru the night. I'm not that familiar with sleeping pills or such but do know a little pot before bed will have me sleeping like a baby.

Had a nice shoulder work out yesterday. I missed a few heavy shoulder days because of the previous pain I was having but yesterday was a good one.. Nothing heavy but feeling good. I'm always looking to round out the front head and develop the tie in so I dug into my bag of tricks and threw in some Arnold Presses. What a great movement and I forgot just how much it touches the tie ins.
Everything is going great and the frame is beginning to tighten up a bit. With 20 weeks I have more than enough time but it's great to feel the changes so early on.

Still no PIP issues and the gear is proving to be quite smooth. Yesterday was the first day I had to try the Anavar as is with no Gatorade chaser and it wasn't too bad.

I'll be running a full panel blood test in a week and a half along with either a dexa or biometric check in.

Well 2017 has definitely been rough thus far. Needless to say regardless of things happening around me, it doesn't change the fact I still have goals to meet and now more than ever need to stay focused if I plan hit those marks I set.
Truth is though, I enjoy running these logs and find a sense of accountability in them.
I plan to keep tracking my workouts, meals and protocols along with bloodwork and body reads.

Here's a quick look at my current cycle.

Countdown has begun....

As I've mentioned, I've recently changed things up and am focusing more on shape and definition. Last night was a light chest day but nonetheless the movements have been adjusted to better define the chest.
Unfortunately I was short on time and wasn't able to hit my normal 10x10s

Everything is still going well on cycle and the carb cycling has been treating me well as I'm not nearly as tired or flat.
