Well today is day one of this 12 week run for the HCU Transformation Contest. I keep a daily log so this will be no different. My workouts are in the pm so updates will be made then until then, here's a look at my current bulk cycle provided by Dutch Pharma.

1ml - npp ed
1ml - Eq ed
1ml - sust eod
1m - Primo eod
will be adding dbol and pre workout suspension next week hopefully

Tonight was chest and back. Still keeping to lower volume and higher weight. As ive mentioned in my other log, my strength gains have really begin to increase at this point. Im really looking forward to seeing this bulk thru considering I cut my last season bulk about 7 weeks short.

Last night was a light ab day which was a nice change of pace as I really hadnt snuck in a simple ab workout in a few weeks.

Legs tonight and im already thinking about that new 800lb PR on the angled leg press. Recently as ive been down this bulk road, I have been focused more on weight volume than rep volume.
Thats the trade off for having to tuck the abs away for a few months!

The cycle is definitely starting to pay off as my strength gains continue to increase. I've also been sticking to a lower volume count so these tweaks have really caused some immediate changes.

Keeping it moving. Strength continues to surprise me..
Simple arm workout last night.. Setback shoulders back another day as the tweak in my elbow has shifted to my shoulder. Should be OK, quite certain it's from sleeping wrong.

I've been reading many logs...just been quiet.

Question for ya. Your abs looks great. You mentioned that you haven't done an an workout in weeks. Is weighted ab movements the secret to abs that no one can deny? Thanks

Great observation man and yes it's the weighted movements that keep them popping ill do a few floor movements just to keep the core engaged but by in large it's the heavy weighted exercises that have kept them in place even during my heaviest bulk times.For me the go to is cable rope crunches 5x200x20

Thanks for sharing your secret lol. I'll start incorporating weighted ab exercises NOW during my bulk so I can see my handwork once I cut back down to sub 10%. Keep doing what your doing because its WORKS. Amazing transformation. When I tell others that Jan 2017 is my 1 yr anniversary in regards to using higher then TRT dose, they tell me how much I transformed, but mine isn't remotely close to what you accomplished in 10 months (I believe).
 
Still having to baby the elbow and shoulder a little bit. Split up what is normally arms and shoulders to give the delts a little breathing room.

This is seriously the first time I've done squats in forever. I've actually been avoiding them as I have two bad knees. One with a meniscus tear the other with a bad acs.
