Ok so I started my 3rd cycle doing it for 12w ended up just keeping it simple....

500mg test cyp PW
250mg decca PW

ill be taking Glutathoine 100mg EOD for liver
i got Adex on hand just Incase for sides
i also have benzacil cream, Benzyl perioxide, and apple cider vinegar if bad acne accurs. Also vitamin B works too and but I’m already doing 1cc injections once a week anyway

I will PCT with Nolva 40/40/20/20

and ON serious mass

Also been taking ON serious mass regularly but have cut the dose in half and use it only after workout. I noticed to much weight gain to fast with my diet so i cut down. I’m even thinking of dropping it and switching to just regular protein.

Breakfast - 4oz of chicken breast, 4 eggs, and a cup of oatmeal
Snack- 8oz of check breast and a sweet potato
Lunch- 4oz of ground beef with a cup of brown rice, 12oz broccoli
Snack- 1oz of almonds and a sweet potato, pasta salad
Dinner- 8oz talapia with a cup of brown rice and 12oz Brussels sprouts
 
Workout- chest and tris

flat barbell press - 15/12/10/8 (drop set)
incline dumbbell press - 15/12/10/8
machine press - 30/25/20/15/10

Tris
v bar bent over push downs- 20/15/12/10 (drop set)
single arm push downs/ rope push down 15/15 (4sets)
over head ez bar extensions- 15/12/10/8 (drop set)
